HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA SALAMI - Named after Dan's son, Vlad, because he can't stop eating it ~ A traditional, finely ground, dry cured pork salami that is delicately smoked with hickory and cherry wood. Using only the exquisite pork shoulder and natural casing allows for greater smoke penetration. It is simply spiced but packed with flavor!
